Exhibitor Move-In
- Wednesday, Sept 2 » 3-7pm (Exhibit Hall Booths ONLY, Kiosks may not set up Wednesday.)
Exhibitor Registration closes at 5pm. You must pick up your badges by 5pm to enter the hall on Wednesday.
- Thursday, Sept 3 » 8am-1pm (Exhibit Hall Booths AND Kiosks may set up at this time)
- Exhibitors must be completely set up Thursday by 1pm. Hall opens to attendees at 2pm.
Exhibitor Move-Out
- Saturday, Sept 5 » 2pm-8pm (Exhibit Hall Booths AND Kiosks may dismantle at this time)
- Exhibitors may not pack up or dismantle booth before 2pm - without exception. Early move-out creates a safety hazard and liability for CAALA and attendees.
- Exhibitors who tear-down, dismantle or pack material from their booth prior to 2pm on Sept 5 will not be eligible to exhibit at CAALA Vegas 2027. Make all travel arrangements accordingly with this in mind.
