Exhibitor Schedule
Exhibitor Move-In
- Wednesday, Aug 27 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm (Exhibit Hall Booths ONLY, Kiosks may not set up Wednesday.)
- Thursday, Aug 28 from 8:00am to 1:00pm (Exhibit Hall Booths AND Kiosks may set up at this time)
- Exhibitors must be completely set up Thursday by 1:00pm. Hall opens to attendees at 2:00pm.
Exhibitor Move-Out
- Saturday, Aug 30 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm (Exhibit Hall Booths AND Kiosks may dismantle at this time)
- Exhibitors may not pack up or dismantle booth before 2:00 PM - without exception. Early move-out creates a safety hazard and liability for CAALA and attendees.
- Exhibitors who tear-down, dismantle or pack material from their booth prior to 2:00pm on Aug. 30 will not be eligible to exhibit at CAALA Vegas 2026. Make all travel arrangements accordingly with this in mind.
Exhibitor Reg Desk Hours
- Wednesday, Aug 27 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm
- Thursday, Aug 28 from 8:00am to 8:30pm
- Friday, Aug 29 from 7:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday, Aug 30 from 7:00am to 1:30pm
Exhibit Hall Hours
- Thursday, Aug 28 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm
- Friday, Aug 29 from 8:00am to 5:30pm (Exhibitors may enter at 7:00am)
- Saturday, Aug 30 from 8:00am to 1:30pm (Exhibitors may enter at 7:00am)
Attendee Break Times
- Thursday, Aug 28 - 4:15pm
- Friday, Aug 29 - 10:30am & 4:00pm
- Saturday, Aug 30 - 10:30am & 2:30pm

We encourage exhibitors to attend all programmed social events - mark your calendar!- Thursday Welcome Party from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the Bandol Ballroom
