CAALA has a room block at the Wynn Resort for your convenience. We recommend booking early because these reduced-rate rooms will sell out. When the block is full, other discounts & specials may be available directly from Wynn & Encore. Note: You must register for the CAALA convention to take advantage of discounted rates. You will receive a Passkey link to make your hotel reservation on your registration confirmation.

CAALA also has a room block at the Palazzo, which is located next door to the Wynn. This block will open for reservations on May 31, 2024.

AIR TRAVEL
Flights to Vegas fill up quickly, especially for travel during Labor Day Weekend. CAALA encourages you to make air travel arrangements (and other travel plans) early. Our recommended airline is Southwest Airlines. They currently have the most flights in and out of Las Vegas, reasonable baggage policies, and no holiday blackout dates for points redemption. CAALA is not affiliated with Southwest Airlines or any other travel organization.
Each year CAALA receives reports of third-party room brokers contacting exhibitors and attendees to offer lower rates for hotel rooms at CAALA VEGAS. Please beware that CAALA has no affiliation with any of these companies and none of them are authorized to contact you on behalf of CAALA or the Wynn Resort. Wynn & Encore Las Vegas is the only official host hotel for CAALA VEGAS 2024 and any other offers are not endorsed by CAALA. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or housing agency to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these companies. Those who opt for alternatives to the CAALA room block and negotiated rates at Wynn may find themselves at risk. Wynn will not call you about hotel reservations unless you contact them first.
